I created them for you. We can help them grow together.

I created the LEGIO apps to share what I have learned in sport and in life: practical tools to train, improve your technique and bring order to your ideas. You don’t have to use everything straight away. Start with what you need and build consistency, one step at a time.

But I would also like you to have a role in their growth. After using the app, tell us which tool you would like to add, what you would need it for and how you would use it.

The LEGIO staff will collect suggestions, ask for clarification when needed and bring the most useful and achievable ones to my attention. We cannot implement them all: we will consider what can genuinely help people who use the app every day.

If you need the AI

Ask the LEGIO mentors for advice

Inside each app you can ask the AI for advice, in the voice of a mentor. You don't have to use it: buying the app already includes 15 answers a month, at no extra cost.

FIGHTER: Legionario — Motivation and discipline; Centurione — Technical organisation; Consiglio della Legione — Balanced opinion
ATHLETA: Ercole — Strength and consistency; Platone — Method and habits
MENTORING: Socrate — Only questions, to test the idea; Marco Aurelio — Self-command and reactions; Giulio Cesare — Strategy and decision

If you need more help, you can add the AI PLUS pack: 100 answers a month for 12 months at €49 a year. Answers are shared across all your LEGIO apps. It's optional.
